Staff manager - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Delta Life Insurance

This review is interesting to me as I have worked for Delta Life Insurance Company and Delta Fire Casualty for over 6 years now and all agents are licensed. Underwriting is done at the Agent level first as all agents field underwrite and then ultimately underwritten at the Home office level using several different means as Script check and Physician Statements to verify clients health. Not only do we use bank draft but we also accept reoccurring debit and credit cards at every District office. The "Anonymous" employee states he is currently employed, however, why does he state "New management at the district I was at was terrible (past tense)"? If this individual had problems with his or her agents not showing up to service existing clients, I would have to put the blame on this managers ' lack of training and lack of management. As for the Fire/Property insurance not paying claims. We have paid over 12,000 claims stemming from Hurricane Michael alone in 2018. Adjusting and giving allowances for food and perishables after the storm knocked out electricity. Many other companies did no such thing. I would have to surmise by this "Anonymous" Staff Manager was most likely fired for not doing his or her job or was caught stealing clients premiums and consequently jailed for their crime.
