      They were willing to teach with little to no experience.

      The environment is unsafe. Orientation was weeks after being hired. All the safety equipment I would need to shadow effectively I didn't have yet. Floors have oil all over them all the time. Trainers waiting for my first accident with joy.

      “Family/team” environment and it’s definitely not. They put managers in positions who don’t know or understand the role they are in charge of. Nothing is brought to your attention, until your slapped with a write up and not given enough time to prove yourself
