I'm fairly new to Deltek, but so far I'm settling in well and having a great experience. Right from recruitment, the HR and Recruitment Team have been very responsive and professional. The selection process was quite thorough, but it was handled efficiently, and the team made sure expectations were clear every step of the way which I really appreciated. They were also straightforward with the interviews and assessment. They'd give you timely updates, too. They also have a robust onboarding experience with the peer mentoring/training program they have. They will also make sure that you are ready with all the resources you would need even before your Day 1! They also have a great culture :) Most of the people I've worked with, even those from leadership positions are supportive, collaborative, and open. People are encouraged to share ideas and speak up. They also offer great perks and benefits compared to other companies I’ve been with.

Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent.
