Where to begin....The culture is absolutely tanking. Former CEO Mike Corkery did a phenomenal job building back up the culture after 5 tough years under PE control. 14 years of truly establishing a top notch company, has been eroded in 2 years by the new CEO who has no personality whatsoever. You can tell he does not care at all about the employees and it is a puppet to Roper. 2 years of laying off some huge institutional knowledge with the company. Constant change with E team and E team members being laid off should tell you all you need to know. The products are dinosaurs and the trade winds are signaling Deltek is in trouble. Take a look at how Roper stock has tanked as well. Its a sad time for Deltek. Once job market improves, there will be a mass exodus.
