US employees often look down upon Asians and try to ascertain cultural superiority. Few US colleagues are very racist and leave no stone unturned to make you feel like an outsider. Capitalism is the core of Deltek, like most other US companies. Can get a little orthodox in management approach as tenured upper management are way in their late 50's and 60's.
