Good atmosphere within the team. Good place to start your career in IT support. Free drinks and snacks. Deltek offer good benefits.

Svantaggi

Management is poor within the Customer Care team. Case load is too high. All analysts are on around 50-60 cases each and over worked. They hire new people who come in higher up (more money) with less experience, rather than promoting within the team. No support on how to progress at Deltek. Salary is awful and sometimes have to work long hours to meet targets.
