      I turned down an amazing offer from another company and I have chosen to be with Deltek as my new employer. Deltek offers great compensation and benefits, and the company promotes Work-Life Balance (Literally - where you can work from HOME and spend more time with your loved ones). Throughout the year they offer several monetary bonuses and the jobs are manageable, which I never felt that I was overworked since day 1. Deltek amenities at the office is a great example of cozy and comfort. I will leave it to your imagination, so you call can see what I'm talking about.

      Don't expect to be promoted as soon as possible. It would take time and you have to work hard for it!!!

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.
