Good Work/Life Balance Strong Work Remote Culture People Mean Very Well

Deltek produces chronically poor leadership. It's very effective at capping potential, so the best employees and leaders leave the company. It leaves a baseline of OK performers who sustain the company. There is little interest in innovating or making the products perform better. As a result none of the Deltek products are world class and are one disrupter away from irrelevance. Heavy bureaucracy that stifles productivity and produces of a culture of people doing the minimums daily.
