PLEASE READ BEFORE ACCEPTING JOB - Recensione dipendente - Sales Development Representative presso Deltek

There are too many cons that I can't even list out. If you are considering being an SDR I would say look somewhere else. They will not promote within and I have seen many SDR stay for 3+ yeard without getting an opprtunity to be promoted. They have an SDR Advancement Program which is a LIE! I know more than 6 people who passed the program and all of them left Deltek because they knew they would never get promoted. THEY PAY THEIR SDR's CHEAP! It is the LOWEST salary compared to other companies in Oregon. The culture in Deltek specifically in the Portland office is the most toxic place. The employees are great but it's the upper management that needs to be changed. Sales managers do not care about your success and will not promote unless you brown-nose your way up to promotion. Lastly, if you look at all the Account Executives and Sales Managers there is ABSOLUTELY no diversity. They are mostly all white males and then if you look at the lower positions such as SDR it becomes more diverse but no promotions. THATS A HUGE PROBLEM!
