At Deltek, employees not only exist for doing daily jobs but also enjoy work life balance boosted with culture of people, diversity and inclusion and I'm proud to experience this exceptional employee relation starting from innovative approach to new hires unto getting to know my colleagues across disciplines. Under work from home setup, I have been worrying about isolating myself from my co-workers with no grasp of face-to-face engagement but Deltek has been so creatively generous to us, their employees, by engaging everyone with activities bundled with rewards, education thru LinkedIn Learning and boost employee morale thru utilization of MS Teams, Deltek Achievers, etc. Here at Deltek, I always feel equip and ready because #TeamDeltek made sure that the tools I needed and my coworker's expertise are shared to me, making my personal and professional onboarding experience an "excellent" one.

Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.
