      Dealing with UK having overcomplicated processies. You are left doing double the work because UK complicates everything task. They dont know how to simplify things and they have too much say and pride to fix their process. Expect to train people with higher titles than you that get paid more than you. Managers don't care to fix the process they just want to keep fires out. All they do is 1 on1s no process improvements that actually lead to the success of the business.
