- No room for growth within a lot of junior roles on the content and digital side of things. - Account teams that are out of touch and often scapegoat client issues onto junior staff - Extreme lack of diversity - Job roles that change and silo certain employees instead of growing their responsibilities - Policies that are only enforced on paper

I wanted to acknowledge your review and thank you for providing feedback. I agree with you that our management team does really care about maintaining a good company culture. We consider all feedback good and bad, and are continuing to find ways to improve in areas you have mentioned. One of our big initiatives for 2016 will be to add a HR Manager to the team so we can formalize stronger career path's so everyone is clear about their future opportunities and how to get there. Workload can be a bit crazy; deliverables are often given with minimal warning and tight deadlines. That's par for the course for agency life, though.

Overworked employees, lots of turnover, disengaged CEO with a big ego, agency is too focused on titles, employees are pitted against each other in order to succeed, employees are all treated like they are replaceable, actions do not match up to company mantra, good hard work is never enough, CEO approaches everything with a "what have you done for me lately" attitude.

I am committed to creating a transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees and sorry to see that your observations do not reflective the type of culture we try to embrace. We value and consider all feedback. I know the executive team works hard to create a company where people feel supported and valued and my primary motivation in running my business is to provide an environment where people are healthy and happy and challenged to grow and learn. Most agency environments are very fast-pace and demanding at times, and therefore require a positive entrepreneurial spirit. This can be motivating for some and difficult for others.
