Sales is through independent reps firms. Corporate sales group is committed to driving revenue and does not offer good support for the reps. Direct sales for this type of product would be a better way to sell.

Used to be a good place to work, hard to find any current positive things to say about it.

Management seems to be making employee hostile moves that make no sense to the people who work there. They've fired (for no cause) multiple decade veterans of the company to "reallocate resources", and then immediately afterward are making plans for an expensive and totally unnecessary and wasteful office redesign.
