DemandFarm is a leader in the Digital Key Account Management Space. The management team here is clear and realistic about the goals & the direction for the product and the company. A rare to find trait in a lot of other workplaces but there is a great level of ownership, engagement, and passion within the team heads/leaders to drive things positively. And this quality also gets reflected among the team members. Hence I see many team members who joined DemandFarm as interns and freshers but grew to ranks and transformed into leaders over a few years. I think there is a clear growth path defined here for everyone. The management wants you to grow within as much as they want the company to grow. The business has been growing fast and the team is over-achieving targets every quarter. Overall this space is picking up fast and being a recognized leader, we get a lot of traction & opportunities in the market. The work culture is pretty transparent and we follow a remote + hybrid model of work. A lot of our team members are also spread across India and work remotely. But we also have our own office in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The office premises which was recently re-designed looks really lively, cool & modern. If you like taking ownership of work, looking to learn a lot, get opportunities to work on new things, and grow your career, DemandFarm is the right place.

I don't know if it's a con, but you have to figure out a lot of things on your own because several things might be new. So if you are an explorer and like to navigate and build your own paths then DemandFarm will be a good match. But the good thing is the team is supportive whether your experiments pass or fail. They allow you to keep experimenting on new ideas.
