Opportunity to gain a new title/promotion. In my 12 years with Demandforce the company has always been able to provide at least one of this things.

With no stocks, equity, or profit sharing it is hard to see Demandforce as a company you could be at for the entirety of your career and still be able to set yourself up for retirement.
