lots of really cool people fun working environment. since it's an intuit company - you get the best benefits ever.

very high pressure sales environment. kind of like a boiler room type of situation, but not quite that bad. and they have a really high turnover rate. if you don't make it right off the bat, you're gone and you're easily replaced.

I always say that your company and your role need to provide 1 of 3 things in order for it to make sense for your career. 1. Opportunity to earn more money. 2. Opportunity to learn something new. 3. Opportunity to gain a new title/promotion. In my 12 years with Demandforce the company has always been able to provide at least one of this things.

With no stocks, equity, or profit sharing it is hard to see Demandforce as a company you could be at for the entirety of your career and still be able to set yourself up for retirement.
