- Bigoted management who are not excepting of either minorities or LGBT community.
- Employees who are demotivated by superiors that still use a "fear" style of management.
- Management has a general disdain for Gen Y's. Most honestly believe they are all lazy and entitled - I heard this complaint from a number of managers there.
- HR is clueless and still haven't learned after being under the radar of the federal government for poor hiring practices. A number of occasions in which I witnessed unethical practices.
- There is a reason this company is hiring so much - they can't keep people there.
