COMPENSATION. Kind of low on the scale. They are being technical about giving us PMs their 15% bonus. They have instilled a plethora of KPIs for us to meet the Bonus and merit increase. So, they can technically say, "You haven't met these KPIs, therefore you won't get the entire 15% and your warranted merit increase". Weekend work, extended travel, and more projects are being shoved on your plate because PMs quit. Additional workload, but they won't look at that when it comes to Bonus or merit increase. Last year our bonus was cut in half. Also, no team-building activities, retreats, parties, or dinners. It's just work and vacation.
