Working with the schools is nice. That’s pretty much it. This company is garbage.

They hire outside sales people and use them. The outside sales people run around developing leads, and they hand everything off to the inside sales team that supposedly closes the deal. The inside team is led by ego maniacs that have no respect for anybody other than themselves. Run from this company! Trust me when I tell you, the environment is toxic and you will be treated like garbage. Do not work here!

History of strong culture; competitive benefits, decent PTO

Svantaggi

Clear lack of planning and direction. Unrealistic expectations based on top-down greed. Sales strategy is a constantly changing overreaction to past failures instead of a strong vision based in reality and confidence in playbook. No input from individual contributors requested, just changes mandated with a take it or leave it attitude.
