Good environment/ Left alone to do some work

High paced, well diverse, good coworkers

They offered me good money

They do not have a quality system in place. They’re understaffed, so they exploite the few personnel they have. They sell product without machines even being validated. The toxic work environment comes from the top (owners) to the directors and everyone below. They just give like 4 paid holidays. They completely micromanage and are 24/7 looking at the cameras and they fire you if they see you talking for a minute. They do things that are wrong, unethical and lie to the FDA, I would never even use their product because it is not safe. All they equipment is the cheapest they can find bought in China. They don’t train people, they just tell them to sign a paper. There are no resources, training, clear procedures, guidance of any type, the word teamwork doesn’t exist there and there are a lot of conflict between departments. They would try to force me into signing things that were wrongly done, and for things I didn’t even do. It’s a complete corrupt place. Cero flexibility. Quality director just uses ChatGPT for everything. They have a manual system, therefore all the information is disorganized and in random folders. There is not even one window in that place, so you just feel claustrophobic, offices are ugly and all you see the entire day are white lights and all the tension in the environment. It is a very difficult place to be. When I started working there, saw all the bad reviews and even got very bad feedback from people who worked there before me, but because they changed the director and most of the reviews were from Covid times, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It was the biggest mistake of my life, I struggled with depression and anxiety because of harrasment and how that director would make me feel. Everyone is all the time there terrified because how micromanaged everything is. There is a false sense of urgency for everything they do, because owners lie to customers, saying product will be ready in x amount of time, so everything is due for yesterday. Unrealistic due dates are assigned for everything. I honestly feel very sorry for whoever accepts go work for them
