Terrible money, no benefits, managers do not listen to any requests for time off, availability, no limit to how big the parties are that you have to take. 25 top? She’s take that all alone. You run around delivering guests free soups and salads and bread which do not count at all towards tip totals, they fill up on those for free, order a $7 pasta, then leave. Even 4 tops here are averaging about $30-$40 a check. Making $5 tips all day, you have to live at work like I have been to come close to being able to pay your bills.
