What to say about Denali? Toxic doesn't really do it justice. Before starting at Denali I read the reviews on here, and if I could counsel my past self, I'd tell her to pay attention and steer clear. Yes it is just as political as others here have said, if not more. It's about as riddled with nepotism as a company could realistically be. And it's so focused on keeping the cash firehose running at maximum capacity that there is quite literally no strategy aside from "cobble together whatever solution a customer will pay for and shove it out the door".
Svantaggi
Those that are a level or two beneath the top are trying to implement some kind of structure and sanity, but I quickly learned that they only have so much power, and the fish rots from the head. The personalities at the very top worked incredibly hard to make the company what it is today, and I respect them for that, but there is little to no interest in promoting any kind of positive culture, and my conclusion was that they actually prefer a more "dog eat dog" environment beneath them where those who can function in that manner will rise and others will fall. I mean it's so obvious that it's even shown through leadership's behavior, i.e. pulling little physical dominance moves along the lines of the "Trump yank handshake" thing. I suppose this is one way to run things, but it ain't my jam.
