8yHello, I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction during your employment with Denials Management. We do wish to address some of your comments and clarify a few things you mentioned.
Our company does utilize Performance Improvement Plans, these are not write ups or meant to be negative. The purpose of these plans is to determine areas where there are opportunities for improvement and to provide the tools and resources necessary for that improvement. We do not have a large amount of people on these plans, and the majority of people who have been on these plans were successful in improving their performance and are still employed with us today.
We do not have shady practices and are very open and transparent with our employees. We also have an open door policy, that if utilized, will prevent retaliation. We apologize that you were not able to voice your concerns in a constructive manner while you were here. We would have loved the opportunity to address these things, but we appreciate your feedback now. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
