After all the combinations, Dentons maintained an emphasis on creating a respectful work environment. There were opportunities for advancement within the organization. Great benefits, opportunity for travel (if you're into that sort of thing). A lot of cross-collaboration with other departments. They were open to individuals working in areas that aligned with their interests.

Svantaggi

The job had long hours but that's normal for such a large firm with its global reach. They could have done a better job at providing adequate staffing.

Everybody there cared about working together, no ambushing, The pay was great, hours and workload manageable, I loved this firm and would go back in a heartbeat! Shout out to IT and the Assistants - their cooperation is on the next level of the "united means success" the firm enjoys.

Svantaggi

I didn't experience or hear about any in my 5 months there, and I was on-site 4-5 days a week. I only left because I needed to care for my Covid-stricken only child.
