Coworkers are generally agreeable, though it depends largely on which department you're in. Upper management is reasonable and easy to get along with. Overtime is generously given.

Pay starts out not so great (gets better as it goes on though). No paid vacation for the first year.

It's a small logistics company.

Hourly pay is on the low side. They compensate for that with crazy hours, which burn you out. You feel used, abused, and unappreciated working here.
