They work on very good technologies before 2019 like blockchain etc. But now only front end related stuff. Now they only work on styling, testing etc kind of wasting stuff.

I dont think RoR team goes beyong more than 2-3 peoples because of team lead. 5. Please check salary distribution before joining. They converted my fixed pay into bonuses after joining the company. 6. You will get friday snacks atmost one in month or not. Depending upon the senior people because they are handling all our money related stuff. 7. Senior developers drinks in working time. They almost have no sense of what they are doing and what they are talking to. They swear during that period and peoples need to listen that.
