      Products are good, useful. Sophisticated large customers. People are friendly, nice atmosphere (too nice?)

      Svantaggi

      Need to improve leadership, direction and communication. Whats the plan?, where going?, what happening? Seem to be a awful lot of sales people compared to new customers gained. A bit old fashioned in places - hangover from previous ownership.
