'yes-man/echo chamber' culture. Feels like a poorly run start-up still trying to.unserstand itself. Surveillance culture with senior management. No career path to work towards. Product is unwanted in the market,non essential and pricey solution that's nots worth the money- no NB sales in years Terrible pay / bonus / commission scheme. Not a safe space to give feedback or constructive criticism They want to sell the firm as quickly to PE, not interested in the company's or your growth, the ExCo just want to get paid.
