Devices frequently require rework or do not perform consistently, which causes delays and affects confidence in reliability. Internal communication around these issues is often limited, leaving teams unsure about the true status of production or readiness. Leadership oversight can feel heavy at times, and the constant operational instability makes it difficult to maintain trust, morale, or long term planning.

Technology is great if it was designed and developed correctly.
