Good working environment and good company to learn about all the process of manufacturing and business development of pharmaceutical cosmetic products. Flexible working hours and useful installations.

The actual management of the company does not accept too many proposals and they are afraid to risk with innovative ideas.

Fun job, liked the projects I worked on. Loved the products and opportunities to travel to do sales deals. If you are young, you'll be given a good amount of responsibility which I loved.

I don't think they pay their managers/directors enough for the level of responsibility they have. Some people work very hard and a lot of others are clearly dead weight in the company. Family run and sometimes decisions are made that don't make sense and definitely aren't explained well.
