It has been a wonderful journey of 20 years in Desai Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Good infrastructure, beautiful environment, safe and an enjoyable work place. Culture of the company is very good. The Chairman of DEC is very helpful, motivating, guiding and supporting not only in work place but also personally. He takes care of employees and thus creates a family atmosphere. He grooms; his knowledge and experience are very helpful in work and personal life. He shares lot of information and guides how to save, especially during COVID period. The MD of DEC is a dynamic and loving person. Has made life beautiful of employees by her Heal Your Life - Louise Hay workshops. She also guides and support in work and personal life and has led DEC to new heights. In DEC, salary is done every month without any delay and also supplier payments are taken care of and made in time. Thus, credibility earned by DEC is remarkable. In DEC, expansion is on top priority, thereby enhancing growth opportunities. All the colleagues and staff in DEC are like a family, supporting and loving. Many activities are therefore carried out in DEC which brings everyone together. Positive attitude, Team work, achieving professional goals, Quality of work helps employees grow personally and at work place.
