      Great culture and work space. A significant portion of employees are also owners, so management looks out for all of the employees. Wide variety of projects.

      Svantaggi

      Low level of ownership for projects- mostly implementing a senior employee's concepts. Makes it difficult to pivot when new things are learned during detailed design.
