Stolen design ideas, mistrust of work, belittling of design staff, miscommunication, bargain bin design prices, tense work environment, atypical tenant improvement design delivery standards, no 401k, benefits are only ok for young, single, healthy people.

Blitz isn’t perfect, but we continue to work hard to be a great place to work, that also does great work. And to be a place where we speak to / about each other with respect.
