Not the best fit for junior employees; to do it better and faster, you have to be able to do the work first.

I've been with Blitz for a couple of years and I've seen a huge amount of change during that time. Its true that there have been some growing pains as we've grown and figured out what the right team and management dynamic should be. The other reviews are correct that the CEO has had some communication problems. I've seen her revise her tone and style over the last year and its making a big difference. We also had some people in studio that weren't great for the team culture and their attitude really brought the rest of us down. Negative people who were not team players and entitled junior staff caused a lot of friction with management and the rest of our team. They are now gone and that has made a really big difference as well to the overall culture of the office. The trajectory is now headed in a great direction and I'm feeling good about staying with this company as it continues to grow.

Tight deadlines and quick turnaround can be difficult to keep up with. The coffee in the office could be better.
