Senior employees who have been designing/developing for huge clients for years. Growing mentality that doesn't nitpick but trusts their staff. Growing company feel is energizing. Small-company relationships if you work a bit at them. Good salaries. Fun clientele with interesting and creative opportunities to grow your skillset, and get paid for it, which is of course the best!

Some small-company issues (long history of employees knowing each other--which is very good--but does put a burden on the 'new guys' to make friendships on staff). (Expect these issues at any company that has veritable history!)
