The atmosphere in design partners was absolutely great, everybody was friendly and there was real focus on collaborative work. The building itself is amazing, from 3D printers to the highest tech conference rooms - it really has it all.

Honestly not much wrong with the company, pity I was only working there part-time.

- World class colleagues, hailing from all over the globe and often very inspiring to work with. - Interesting clients, in a wide range of domains. - Offices/facilities are second to none, especially the new office in Bray. - Industry-standard wages. - Obsessive focus on high-quality work.

- Office politics. The company comprises of almost as many directors as there are designers several of which will go out of their way to ensure they stay right where they are. - For a company only 30-odd people in size, it is incredibly hard to get things don'. A lot of unnecessary micro-management. - Lack of vision in upper ranks causes a lot of initiatives to crash and burn or simply die off. - Crazy hours / overtime are part of every day life here (though an industry wide issue as well). - No additional benefits, compensation or perks other than base-pay.
