Benefits suck, management goes in waves of threatening your job if you can't work over time to decreasing hours.

Day time hours starting 7am-330pm $500.00 sign on bonus but you have to work 30 days for first half and complete 1 year to get the other half. They finally gave us 2 used microwaves (up to 4) Finally had HR added to our building this week after enough of us complained about our boss being inappropriate.

They make you use your PTO/ESST/UNPD when they need to shut the plants down. Example December 23rd 2024 they will be doing updates to the computer system so they are shutting the plant down and not paying us. Our manager told us if we don't select in our paycor whether or not we want PTO/ESST/UNPD they will just go in and select it themselves. No bonuses no matter how well the company is doing. No paid lunch breaks One break room for all the employees gets really crowed. No raises throughout your first year. Lots of politics, inappropriate humor on the work floor and manager is one of them.
