Vantaggi

The team is very talented and passionate and tight knit. They were very welcoming and pleasant to work with. It was very nice to work with them even for a short time. Great that they are now in Revit and they are making wonderful strides with their new Revit manager. Learned a lot and the work was fun and challenging.

Svantaggi

Very long working hours while everyone is passionate about the work there is a lot of fatigue. Difficult to find life work balance. Great for a professional starting out to work on exciting projects but as a firm it would help for them to strive for balance. It felt that due to pandemic we needed to work extra hard. Many design iterations required. I was asked to change my vacation not to be between Christmas and New Years vacation just in case I'm needed for project deadlines. Managers are young and need to also learn to work in Revit but overall they are great people and a great team. I miss working with many of them.

Vantaggi

I loved working here when I did. Really good and supportive culture. Learned a lot that I have taken with me since my departure, generally about the ways to approach projects and strategies for effectively moving projects forward in a way where all parties (internally and externally) feel like they can be successful

Svantaggi

Could get really busy, late nights, juggling what feels like too many things at once!

Vantaggi

Some talented and hardworking colleagues. Exposure to fast-paced projects and deadlines.

Svantaggi

The firm’s technology and resources are inconsistent — new hires receive different computers, many of which are outdated and can’t run standard design software smoothly. You’re often expected to use your own equipment for meetings unless you push for proper support. Turnover is extremely high — in my six months, nine people left out of a 45-person firm. There’s little communication between staffing and leadership; partners frequently make unrealistic promises to clients, such as delivering major drawing sets within a week when the team had scheduled a month. Work-life boundaries are nearly nonexistent. Partners regularly text employees on their personal phones — early mornings and at night— and even give your number to clients and contractors, leading to work calls on your personal line. There’s also a lack of mentorship and support for junior staff. Mistakes are often met with immediate termination rather than constructive feedback or a proper review process. Overall, poor communication, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of respect for boundaries or growth make this a stressful and unsustainable place to work.
