Good team, very close, extremely professional, amazing office

Was a little disorganized in the beginning, but caught on quickly and everyone is available to help answer questions!

The employees (your immediate team), local clients are good folks to work with, collaboration with great architecture firms on projects, you can learn a lot about healthcare design

Owner micro manages everything and does not place trust in employees. The office is personal, not business and therefore feels like a toxic relationship; very hold/cold, one minute you think everything is fine and the next you’re being chastised for not answering an email fast enough. Don’t expect that you’ll get to be creative because almost everything is pre-baked and you’re not allowed to change offer anything. Complete lack of training for new employees and junior designers are expected to perform at mid level designer output, which is stressful and unfair. Antiquated office model where employees are expected to clock in exactly on time every day and not leave early and you feel the heat on the back of your neck if you do; next to no flexibility.
