I do wish I had a laptop for more portability around the offices and WFH flexibility when needed.

Very talented and devoted hard working, passionate group of individuals work there on the production side and are a pleasure to work with on a daily basis. Firm has quarterly social events which are always fun.

Low pay for what is expected and compared to other sources. Will be told you are expected to work more than others due to your "high pay" if you aren't paid below average. Expected to work well over 40 hours and can't be a few minutes late in the morning without scrutiny. PTO was fair but be aware you can only use in 4 hour minimum increments. Alot of employee turn over, seems unstable with little sensation for job security - 5 resignations and 3 lay-offs in 8 month period.
