Not much to do in s small town

Great work environment, family focused, team based. Clean facility with quality in mind. They really take care of their employees as individuals and their families. They have a point system for unpaid sick leave which you may use for whatever you want. Christian values.

The pay is lower than the going rate for most of the jobs within the company, but that is partially due to the area. Vacation days aren’t the greatest in that you start at zero hours and work you way up, without being able to borrow time (ex. take a week off and earn those hours back later)
