This company will target and look for talented people outside Bangalore and they can change the salary decisions at the end of your face to face round. It's a small firm where one will find only freshers working like a school where you are not allowed to talk or look around. The interviewer is just not technically sound neither they know how to test a candidate. Experience people especially revit users this is not a right place for you. They will expect you to work for long working hours and on weekends while they will also treat you as a drafts man. It's just not a design oriented firm its a drafting firm.
