Please do not ignore the reviews for this company because it speaks volumes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when applying here and I will never do that again for any future roles. This place will test your patience, mental health and ability to work. Instead of trying to make it a better place for employees, it's too busy finding other streams of income to profit from so it doesn't run itself into the ground. SLT will talk about you behind your back and outright admit it to your face and make you feel bad about it and doubt your own worth. This place was my biggest mistake of the year and I have really had to work on improving my mental health because of it since.
