Input and opinions are solicited, and then you are told why you are wrong. There is a level of discomfort working at Designshop in all the faces, that you feel around you. Management speaks down to you, doesn't appear to really appreciate the body of great work that everyone contributes. So much unappreciated talent. There's no Human Resources person to talk with if your check is incorrect, which it often is. Cameras, and email and web surveillance create a poor environment to work - it's one thing to employ a set of anti-shirking policies and another to play J. Edgar Hoover.
