Manager/owner likes to micromanage without even realizing it. Problematic when angry. Can’t take constructive criticism—often will be nice to you when you give your opinion but 8 out of 10 times will most likely talk bad about you to other people behind your back.

They have an awesome client pool which opens to lots of opportunities working with the big ones.
