- toxic environment, senior staff members have a lack of expertise even though they imply they do. Lots of seniors have just been promoted internally due to length of service - Customers complain regularly about price of products due to lack of knowledge from other departments, they often receive conflicting information/prices and its the sales team that has to deal with the customer - I have dealt with at least 4 customers who have purchased products and came back because they were fake and authenticated elsewhere! embarrassing... - there is no room for growth - high turnover of staff, constant retraining of colleagues to fill gaps in knowledge
