- Internship could use some more structure, planning - A lot of freedom means you have a lot of personal responsibility. YOU decide how valuable your internship will be. If you take your own initiatives, people will value that and you can really make an impact. If you have a hard time starting something new or taking initiative, there's a chance your days will fill up with minor significant tasks. - Could use some more critical feedback.
