I've been freelancing for them for the past three years and in my more than 10 years of career it's been the most rewarding place I've ever work in. -If you enjoy sport related jobs it's a perfect place to work. -Nice, friendly creative and open minded people.

They don't have permanent client so it's can be pretty demanding at time and a bit unstable.
