Team members in the company (few) try always to create a nice environment, however, you cannot learn anything from them

The management is a VERY poor management, they have there internal issue between each other. They have a poor mindset, that the only important thing is the money as they do not care about anything else. When you come with an idea to make the company more professional, the only thing you will hear is yes we like the idea, and only after one hour everything is changed, they will tell you that you do not understand anything, and what you are talking about is dummy

Wonderful mid and lower level staff trying to create an enjoyable and productive work environment.

Svantaggi

Management changes the strategy and focus too often to ever get anything done. But worse, they don't place any trust whatsoever in the staff and always assume the worst in people. Makes for an impossible environment. The pay is also well below standard. Stay away.
