Vantaggi
-They will hire anyone no matter the visa, whether or not you're a student or on a tourist visa. -Good place for someone with no experience to get their foot in the door. -Transportation is paid for. -Friday is casual Friday and free drinks get passed around.
Svantaggi
-Turnover is very high. You're replaceable and no one cares about you. This company is constantly hiring... for a reason. More than 6 people quit in less than a year. -Only one bonus a year. Salary is vastly underpaid, no overtime pay even though some staff stay until the last train home. -No coffee for the full month. The company is so cheap, they won't even pay for coffee for a full month. The coffe order lasts a week. That shows how much they care for their staff. -Some managers abuse their workers, giving them too much to do with unreasonable deadlines. They force workers to stay late and then leave early themselves. Managers are the reason people quit but because there's not enough people with experience, the boss won't scold them. Instead, he rewards them with a better salary and a higher position. It's a very toxic environment. -The boss is never in the office. He doesn't know what is going on or at all, the overtime, the harassment from managers. He's a powerful boss with no experience at all in management and refuses to pay for anything. -Almost no training at all. You come in, work is given to you and you're told to just do it. No explanations. -The company grew too big too soon. The higher ups don't have experience in managing such a huge number of people. There's potential in becoming a great company but with lack of good management and underpaid, overworked staff, this company is going to fail in a few years. -There's no maternity leave, sick leave, or leave of any sort (period pains, emotional pain, etc). Unless someone died, you use what little vacation days you have. If you get pregnant, you're not guaranteed your job back. (It's a good company if you're young but not a company that you can work your whole life at and retire.)
